Mushroom Avocado Toast


16oz Highline® Sliced White Mushrooms
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, for garnish


Heat olive oil in a large skillet over BBQ grill. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Add the mushrooms to the pan. Do not stir
the mushrooms.
Sear the mushrooms for 3 minutes. Continue to sauté, stirring occassionally, until the mushrooms start to soften and brown.
Add the salt and black pepper. Continue to sauté, tossing occasionally until the mushrooms turn a deep brown color and start to caramelize.
Remove from the heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
