Delicious when grilled, stuffed, roasted, deep-fried or sautéed. Use them in fajitas, or as a topper/replacement for burgers, pizza and grilled meat. They make an excellent side dish, or meat replacement entrée.
For best results, refrigerate in the original packaging to preserve their flavour and texture. For bulk mushrooms refrigerate in a brown paper bag when possible.
