When Highline started back in 1961, the founder Dr. O’Neil, wanted to grow the healthiest, most flavorful produce in the cleanest possible environment for his family and community. Decades later, the passion for natural nourishment and organic, sustainable growing practices helped drive Highline to become the first organic certified mushroom farm in Leamington – ON, to now the world’s largest producer of fresh organic mushrooms.
