Our king oyster mushroom can be enjoyed from stem and cap - there’s no waste! When sliced into rounds, pan-sear for a wonderful vegetarian replacement for scallops, when sliced lengthwise, grill and brush with barbeque sauce, or sauté and flavour with teriyaki sauce. They even make a delightful addition to sushi rolls.
For best results, refrigerate in the original packaging to preserve their flavour and texture. For bulk mushrooms refrigerate in a brown paper bag when possible.
