Spray air fryer with cooking spray, arrange mushrooms in a single layer, and cook at 380°F for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl mix flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder. Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
In a second bowl whisk eggs and water.
In a third bowl combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
