This Vegan Mushroom Gravy with Highline Mini Bella Mushrooms can take any Thanksgiving dish to the next level. It is completely plant-based without compromising on flavor. Even meat lovers won’t be able to taste the difference!

 24 oz Highline® Mini Bella Mushrooms, sliced
 1 medium onion, diced
 2 tbsp avocado oil
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 3 cups vegetable broth
 1 tsp thyme
 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
 3 tbsp arrowroot powder
 ½ cup non-dairy milk
 Salt and pepper, to taste

In a medium pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add vegetable broth thyme and nutritional yeast. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk and arrowroot powder together until smooth. Add it to the pan and stir well

Simmer for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally until thick.

Season with salt and pepper, top with your favorite herbs & enjoy over your favorite dishes.
