 6 oz Stir Fry Blend Mushrooms
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 sprig thyme
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 1 yellow onion, diced
 1 cup heavy cream
 ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
 1 cup tomato paste
 10 oz rigatoni, cooked according to package instructions
 1 cup reserved pasta water
 Salt and pepper, to taste

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium heat in a medium pan. Add mushrooms and thyme and sauté for 7 minutes.

In another pan on medium heat add remaining oil garlic, and onions. Cook for 5 minutes until onions are translucent. Stir in salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Whisk in the cream and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and let simmer until thickened for 10 minutes.

Add cooked pasta to the pan with reserved pasta water.

To serve, transfer pasta to a plate, and top with sautéed mushrooms.
