Experience a savory delight with our Pork and Shiitake Marsala featuring Highline Mini Bella Mushrooms. This dish harmonizes tender pork, earthy shiitakes, and rich Marsala wine for a memorable culinary journey.

 2 4 oz Highline® Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
 4 pork chops
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 1 cup Marsala wine
 1 cup water
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp xanthan gum
 Fresh parsley, for garnish

Sear pork chops in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté shiitake mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes.

Add Marsala wine, water, and salt. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, scraping the skillet for flavor.

Thicken with xanthan gum, return pork chops, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Plate each pork chop and pour sauce over. Garnish with fresh parsley.
