In a medium pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add mushrooms and rosemary and sauté for 7 minutes.
In another pan on medium heat add butter and garlic and simmer for 2 minutes. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and whisk. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Pour alfredo sauce over fettuccine and toss with reserved pasta water until you achieve the desired consistency.
To serve, plate pasta, top with sautéed mushrooms, season with more salt and pepper and enjoy!
