Indulge in the irresistible flavors of our Balsamic Dijon Vegan Portabella Sliders with Highline Mushrooms Portabella Caps. Sweet, savory, and simply delicious!

 16 oz Highline® Mushrooms Portabella Caps, stems removed and sliced
 1 cup balsamic vinegar, divided
 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
 4 tbsp olive oil
 Salt, to taste
 1 onion, sliced
 ¼ cup vegan mayo
 4 sandwich buns

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Add onions and cook for 10 minutes until onions are caramelized. Add ½ cup balsamic vinegar and salt to the pan. Remove onions.

Add mushrooms to the pan with the remaining balsamic vinegar, Dijon, and olive oil. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

To assemble the sliders, spread mayo on buns and add onions and mushrooms. Enjoy!
