These Shiitake Mushroom Crostini are so easy, quick, and delicious! Enjoy sautéed Highline Shiitake Mushrooms with rosemary and garlic on top of cream cheese crunchy toasts.

4 oz Highline® Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 clove garlic, minced
 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
 3 oz cream cheese
 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
 Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Heat oil on medium heat in a medium pan. Add mushrooms, rosemary, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Spread cream cheese on toast.
  3. Top with sautéed mushrooms and season with salt and pepper to enjoy!
