Scalloped Mushrooms

Scalloped Mushrooms are a modern twist on a classic using Highline White Flat Mushrooms. This must-try dish combines comfort & flavor in every bite.

 16 oz Highline® White Flat Mushrooms, thinly sliced
 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
 ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
 ½ tsp onion powder
 ½ cup heavy cream
 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 Fresh parsley, for garnish
 Salt & pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl mix together cheese, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, cream, and garlic.

Place mushrooms in a casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over top of mushrooms.

Bake for 30 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Garnish with fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper to serve!
