Ingredients:

  • 1 package Highline Fresh Gourmet Series Cream of Mushroom Soup Kit:
      • 13 oz fresh sliced mini bella mushrooms
      • Cream of mushroom dry soup mix
  • 3 1/4 cups 2% milk

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the mushrooms.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the soup mix with 1/4 cup of the milk until smooth.
