To make marinade, combine soy sauce, liquid smoke, salt, olive oil and garlic in a large bowl. Add mushrooms and marinate for 20 minutes. Heat the grill to a medium heat, and brush lightly with olive oil.
Grill mushrooms for 5 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side while brushing them with the remaining marinade.
Garnish with feta, green onions, and black pepper to taste before serving.
