It is our goal at Highline to provide fresh, safe, high quality mushrooms to our customers. From substrate preparation to harvest, we take care to ensure that all stages of operations are closely monitored and executed.

Mushrooms only grow in very specific conditions and we use the latest technology to monitor growing rooms and to create precise growing conditions for each harvest. When our mushrooms are ready to be harvested, we apply a one-touch harvesting technique, meaning mushrooms are cut directly into tills to avoid unnecessary handling and to mitigate bruising. The mushrooms are then vacuumed cooled, packaged and distributed, all while maintaining the cold chain.
